I created this recipe myself for my “Cooking With Jessica” adaptive cooking class that I broadcast on Zoom. It makes a sweet, fluffy desert, that I call “Cherry Fluff”.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup cool whip
- 2/3 and 1/2 cups cherry pie filling
- 2/3 cups pineapple
- 2/3 cup mini marshmallows
Equipment:
- Bowl
- Spoon
- Refrigerator
- Storage container
Instructions:
- Put in cool whip and cherry pie filling
- Mix in pineapples and mini marshmallows
- Combine everything together
- Transfer to a storage container
- Freeze for an hour
- Enjoy!
