Easy Cherry Fluff Recipe

I created this recipe myself for  my “Cooking With Jessica” adaptive cooking class that I broadcast on Zoom.  It makes a sweet, fluffy desert, that I call “Cherry Fluff”.

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup cool whip
• 2/3 and 1/2 cups cherry pie filling
• 2/3 cups pineapple
• 2/3 cup mini marshmallows

Equipment:

• Bowl
• Spoon
• Refrigerator
• Storage container

Instructions:

1. Put in cool whip and cherry pie filling
2. Mix in pineapples and mini marshmallows
3. Combine everything together
4. Transfer to a storage container
5. Freeze for an hour
6. Enjoy!
