I went to try out the Promenade Food Hall at the Fontainebleau. I love food halls, so I was excited to try this. Here is what I got:
Bar ITO
Bar ITO is a sister to an extremely expensive restaurant in Fontainebleau called ITO. This place is a lot less expensive. I got a salmon bowl. It was so good and there was super fresh fish. I also got to try salmon eggs for the first time that I liked. I liked how they popped in my mouth. My favorite part was the lemon cucumbers. I would go back to the food hall just for this.
Miami Slice
Founntianbleau is originally from Miami and Miami slice is supposed to be one of the best pizza places in Miami. I got a mushroom truffle pizza slice because I love truffle. Unfortunately, I did not like it. It did not taste like truffles to me. Also, the crust was burnt.
Capon’s Burgers
This is a burger and ice cream place that was created by chef Josh Capon. There was a different line for ice cream and burgers. I got the Piña Colada Sherbet. I like it a lot. It was super refreshing. It reminds me of summer. I also love anything Pina Colada flavored.
In conclusion, I had a wonderful time at the Promenade Food Hall. I want to go back and try other places.
