Graduation Dinner at Nobu

Graduation Dinner at Nobu

I have officially graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. For my graduation dinner, I went to Nobu with my family. Nobu is an upscale Japanese-style chain. I love Japanese food, so I was excited to try this. Here are some of the best things that we tried:

Tuna Crispy Rice

I love crispy rice, so I wanted to try it. The bite-sized portions were perfect for sharing. I loved it. It was one of my favorite parts of the meal. The tuna was super fresh, and the contrast with the warm, crispy rice created a delicious combination of textures and flavor. It was a good start to the meal.

Black Cod Miso

The Black Cod Miso is what Nobu is most known for, and now I can see why. It was my favorite part of the meal. I was so soft and flavorful. I could see why this was a specialty dish at Nobu. The rest of my family also loved it.

Lychee Passion Mocktail

I got a mocktail with Fresh Lychee Juice, Pineapple & Passion Fruit. I liked it a lot. It was a sweet and refreshing drink. I had not tried lychee before, and I liked it a lot.

In conclusion, I had an amazing time at Nobu. It was a great way to celebrate my graduation with my family. If you want a Japanese-style restaurant for a special occasion or a special night out, I recommend giving Nobu a try.
