I have discovered my new favorite restaurant! Lime Mexican has amazing vibes, great food, and great mocktails. There is also an outdoor bar that I cannot wait to try next time! I have been to this restaurant twice because I love it so much. Here are some of the things that I tried
Food
Empanadas
The first thing that I ever tried from the Lime Mexican restaurant was the beef empanadas, and they completely won me over. I love empanadas, so I was excited to try this. I loved them so much. The shells were perfectly crispy on the outside with warm, flavorful beef on the inside. It was perfect for a light lunch. They were some of the best empanadas I have had —flavorful, fresh, and cooked to perfection. There was also a self-serve salsa bar where you could add toppings.
Quesadilla
The next time I visited, I tried a carne asada quesadilla, and it was just as amazing. It was loaded with tender steak and melted cheese, plus lots of toppings that made it super satisfying. The portion was generous and filling, and like the empanadas, it had tons of flavor in every bite.
Mocktail
Desert Rose
For my drink, I ordered the Desert Rose, a mocktail made with hibiscus, lemon, rose water, and soda. It was absolutely beautiful—vibrant pink with a refreshing floral aroma. The flavor was mostly hibiscus-forward with a hint of citrus and bubbles that made it light and refreshing. It’s the kind of drink that feels perfect on a warm day or paired with spicy food.
Overall, Lime Mexican is a fantastic spot for anyone who loves flavorful food and a great atmosphere. Everything I’ve tried there has been delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes—and of course, check out that outdoor bar!
