Palm Desert Bites: 4 Restaurants You Can’t Miss

Palm Desert Bites: 4 Restaurants You Can’t Miss

This is part two of my restaurant recommendations series. I recently went on an amazing trip to Palm Desert with my dad and went to some amazing restaurants. Here are some of my favorites:

j’s Deli

This is a Jewish style deli that we went to on the first night of our trip.

Vanilla Egg Cream

I have tried Chocolate Egg Cream before but never the vanilla version. I like vanilla more than chocolate, so I really liked this. I thought it was really good. Here are some dishes that I liked:

Matzo Ball Soup

The Matzo Ball Soup was very flavorful and supper filling. It was also nice to have something warm on a cold night.

Waldo’s Ristorante and Bar

Waldo’s Ristorante and Bar is an Italian restaurant that is close to our hotel. Here are some things I would recommend ordering:

Short Rib Ravioli

Both my dad and I got the Short Rib Ravioli and liked it a lot. The meet was ground up, so we did not get the big pieces of Short Rib.

Sherly Temple

They did not have mocktails on the menu, but they have a full bar, so I asked for a Sherly Temple. I liked it a lot. They put ginger beer in it which I liked a lot.

Casa Mendoza

Casa Mendoza was a Mexican restaurant in La Quinta. Christy had been to this place before and recommended it.

Non- alcoholic Peach Margareta

This was my favorite mocktail that I had on this trip. It was super refreshing and went really good with my food.

Fish Ceviche Tostada

I love Ceviche so I was excited to try this. It was one of the best ceviche’s that I have had. It was super fresh, and the tostada added a good crunch.

French Rotisserie Cafe

The last restaurant I went on my trip was a French rotisserie.

Chicken with Mustard Sauce

You could choose the sauce that goes with your chicken. I chose Mustard Sauce. I liked it a lot.

Crème Brûlée

Crème Brûlée is one of my favorite desserts and this one was not disappointed. The crunch on this one is perfect.

Overall, I had an amazing trip to Palm Springs with some amazing food. I want to go back.
