You may start noticing a theme here … my love of creating and teaching fun, tasty, microwave mug recipes! This one makes a wonderful individual sized portion of a chocolate chip cake, in a mug. Originally I found recipes for cookies in a mug, but they did not turn out well in a microwave – mug format. So, I developed this delicious Mug Chocolate Chip cake recipe for my “Cooking With Jessica” adaptive cooking class that I originally did on June 18, 2020. That class had our largest attendance yet, with over 20 attendees, including one from across the country!
