Smoothie Bowl Recipe

This is the smoothie bowl recipe that I presented in my “Cooking With Jessica” online adaptive cooking class originally broadcast June 4, 2020.  If you attended and did not get the e-mailed version, feel free to ask me or Devorah for it, or you can print-out this page.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • (Optional) ½ cup fresh fruit of your choice (for topping)
  • (Optional)1 tbsp. shredded coconut (for topping)

Equipment:

  • Blender
  • 1-pint bowl (or larger)
  • Tablespoon

Instructions:

  1. Slice the  banana
  2. Add the frozen mixed berries, banana, milk, and ice to blender
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Carefully transfer to bowl
  5. Top with the optional fresh fruit and/or coconut of your choice and coconut
  6. Enjoy!
