This is the smoothie bowl recipe that I presented in my “Cooking With Jessica” online adaptive cooking class originally broadcast June 4, 2020. If you attended and did not get the e-mailed version, feel free to ask me or Devorah for it, or you can print-out this page.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 sliced banana
- 3 tbsp. milk
- ½ cup ice
- (Optional) ½ cup fresh fruit of your choice (for topping)
- (Optional)1 tbsp. shredded coconut (for topping)
Equipment:
- Blender
- 1-pint bowl (or larger)
- Tablespoon
Instructions:
- Slice the banana
- Add the frozen mixed berries, banana, milk, and ice to blender
- Blend until smooth
- Carefully transfer to bowl
- Top with the optional fresh fruit and/or coconut of your choice and coconut
- Enjoy!
