My time in Vegas has come to an end. In just a few short weeks, I will be packing up my bags and moving to Florida. I am so excited! Before I start exploring and reviewing everything that Florida has to offer, I wanted to take a moment to share some of my favorite things to do, see, and eat in Las Vegas. Vegas is so much more than just casinos and parties — here are a few of my top picks if you ever find yourself in this dazzling city:
Free Entertainment
Las Vegas can be an expensive city. However, there is a lot of free entertainment in Las Vegas.
Via Vision Light Show
The Via Vision Light Show is a light show that is on top of the Fremont Street Experience. It’s a massive canopy screen overhead that plays music and projects amazing light shows. It happens every hour from 6 pm to 2 am.
Bellagio Fountains
The Bellagio Fountains are one of the most popular things to do in Vegas. The fountains dance to music. It is amazing to see, especially at night.
Bellagio Conservatory
The Bellagio conservatory is a flower display that changes seasonally. There are cool images that are all made out of flowers. For the spring display, I saw chicks made out of flowers.
Best Hotels
Durango
The Durango is one of the newest hotels in Las Vegas. I like how modern it looks. I also love the food hall that is in the hotel.
Venetian
I love the theme of The Venetian. It looks like you are outside if you are inside and there are some really good spots to take pictures. I also had my graduation party here. You can find the link here.
Bellagio
The Bellagio is a beautiful hotel on the Strip. I love this hotel because of the fountains and the conservatory. It is a free way to enjoy the Las Vegas Strip.
Best Food Halls
Eat Your Heart Out
The Eat Your Heart Out is the food hall in the Durango Hotel. I love the pizza place and the ice cream. You can find a link to my review here.
Famous Foods
Famous Foods is an Asian food hall in Resorts World. My favorite places are the sushi place and the dessert place. You can find the link to my review here.
Block 16
Block 16 is the food hall in the Cosmopolitan. My favorite place in the food hall is the chicken tender place. It is some of the best chicken tenders I have had.
Best Restaurants
Chin Chin
Chin Chin is a Chinese and Japanese fusion restaurant. I went there with my friend Ben. Both loved the food and tea. You can find a link to my review here.
Le Petit Prince
This is an amazing French restaurant in Henderson. The apple and brie crêpe is amazing. I was very happy to have an amazing French restaurant. You can find a link to my review here.
Beauty & Essex
I love this restaurant. There were shared plates and really good mocktails. Some of my favorite things to order are the grilled cheese with tomato soup and the peanut butter cake.
Best Places for Drinks
ARC Bar
This is a really good daiquiri bar outside the Paris Hotel. You can get your drink inside of an Eiffel Tower silver glass or a balloon glass. They are a great drink to share with friends. You can find a link to my review here.
Parc on Fremont
When my friend Aiden came to town, we went to Parc on Fremont for drinks. I loved it. I got a mocktail. You can find a link to my review here.
Underground Distillery
I visited the Underground Distillery with my friend Aiden. It is the speakeasy under the MOB Museum. They distill their moonshine. They also made really good cocktails out of the moonshine.
Experiences
Selfie Museum
In the LINQ Promenade, the Selfie Museum is a place that has cute props and colorful backdrops that you can take pictures with. It was a lot of fun to do with friends. You can find my review here.
Omega Mart- Aria 15
Omega Mart is a psychedelic grocery store. It was so cool and interactive. You can find my review here.
Mob Museum
I went to the Mob Museum when my friend Aiden was in town. It was a fun way to learn about the mob culture in Las Vegas.
Vegas will always hold a special place in my heart, but I can’t wait to see what Florida has in store for me next. Keep an eye out for my upcoming Florida reviews — there’s so much more adventure to come!
Thank you, Vegas — and thank you for following along on my journey!
