I developed this delicious Mug Pizza recipe for my “Cooking With Jessica” adaptive cooking class, that I do with the Friendship Circle. Originally I did this recipe with my class on June 12, 2020. I love making microwave mug recipes. It is so much fun, and surprising what you can do. Personally, I also love pizza, and originally developed this recipe for a dinner I made for parents.
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp marinara sauce
- 3 tbsp milk
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/8 tsp (or 2 pinches) Baking powder
- 1/16 tsp (or one pinch) Baking soda
Equipment:
- Mixing Bowl (1 quart or bigger)
- Fork
- Spoon
- Microwave
- Mug (3 oz or bigger)
Instructions:
- Put flour, milk, olive oil, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a mixing bowl
- Mix
- Pour dough into mug
- Add marinara sauce and cheese to the top
- Microwave for a minute 10 seconds
- Enjoy
