This microwave mug cooking recipe makes a delicious meal or snack and is suitable for adaptive cooking techniques, or anyone!
Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbs. Water
- Cheese

Equipment:

- Large microwave-safe mug (12-16 ounces)
- (if you do not have this size mug, you can use a microwave-safe bowl)
- 2 forks (one for raw egg one for cooked)
- Mixing Bowl
- Microwave
- Large microwave-safe mug (12-16 ounces)

Instructions:

- Crack eggs in bowl
- Beat eggs so that the whites and yolk are combined
- Add in a little salt & pepper to your taste
- Mix more
- Add 1 tbsp water
- Mix some more
- Put oil on the mug to prevent sticking
- Carefully transfer the mixture to a mug
- Put in microwave
- Microwave on high for 40 seconds
- Stir
- Microwave for 30 more seconds
- Enjoy!
